Simple Summer Dessert

When I created this blog I planned on making posts about foods, desserts, and crafts I did often. BUT of course most things do not go as planned and that failed! Finally last week I happened to make a dessert for work. I LOVED it and thought it was the perfect quick summer dessert and decided to share it with you all.

The dessert I made is "Strawberry Cheescake" - it literally is just a few ingredients and takes about 15 minutes...I have the link below to my pin (from pinterest) and a picture of my final product! Try it out and let me know what you think!
